yes i agree something needs to be sorted there end they dont even send you an email to say there dealing with your claim at the moment or that they have all your info from the dealer .good luck
 
i called my dealer yesterday he`s heard nothing and believes the importers will do nothing about my claim ,if you had could here the tone of his voice it contained a vote of no confidence at all ,i also found out that this dealer also may well be dumping the brand as well because at the end of the day the dealer is front line even if its not there fault its a shame but thats the way it is .
 
Maybe I'm being silly but is it worth contacting Benelli and or Qian Jiang Group. May help to speak Italian and Chinese, I do believe Ferret has alluded to this before.
well i met a young lady who is based in china and yep she speaks Chinese and if i have no joy she will be doing the direct chatting to quailing for me ,may i add that the other Chinese company i was dealing with just dont even respond in any way shape or form so i am now going to get this young lady to help out there to if poss WE PAY OUR DOE AND GET BAD SERVICE ,great
 
hi all i agree with Russ to a point but hey a courteous email from moto gb to dealer or customer takes 2 mins. We as customers have to put our selves out to travel to dealers some far some near to have the bike checked out pics taken in some cases the dealers then put the customer in a great frame of mind by the very negative attitude towards benelli as a whole .If they were all like you Russ then things would be very different .MAY I ADD AT THIS POINT I HAVE DEALT WITH MOTO GB BEFORE AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THERE PROMPT POLITE SERVICE .It looks like Russ will have a very busy future looking after the nelli`s that people decide to keep ,however all the problems are constantly devaluing what are great bikes so people will panic to sell them especially when there`s been rumours of them going to the wall .I have had a lot more problems with a very large American motorcycle maker over the years with the quality of various parts and accessories on their machines and yep i had to wait a long time for parts to repair my machines the only up side was i was allways given a loan bike to use and allways received a call and update every week AKA CUSTOMER SERVICE .
 
well the thread keeps going and i dont think it will ever stop lol.I spoke to moto gb yesterday and again they were polite and acknowledged my issue`s were ones that had accured before with others and they would contact me within 2 days with an answer .Its only took them nearly 3 weeks to tell me after me calling them direct that they had not done anything with the info they were supplied with from there dealer .i do appreciate they may be busy but yet again no call or email until you the end user chase them up ,they ask us to go through the dealer network yet they seem lacking in giving them a reply .lets see shall we .On a brighter note took the bike out yesterday and what a great ride i had big grin on face and all that .
 
well i spoke to moto gb about my warranty claim today and all ok parts are apparently in and it will be confirmed tomorrow and the parts will be sent to my dealer asap oh and they have some luggage in .They were also very helpful with some other ???s i had to GREAT .:clap: :clap: :clap:
 
sos to hear that glenn ,i must admit i did have to keep calling them though to see what was going on.I am quite sure they will get there in the end and keep us all happy .(hope i`m not speaking to soon )
 
yep i did speak to soon have not had no more calls from moto gb to say all was well and parts are at the dealers ,I will be on to them monday and now i have more issues just getting pd off with it now
