I wish I could tell all but I cant!

You guys are venting all your anger at Moto GB and its not always their fault! you have to trust me on that one. Benelli QJ can be very difficult and indeed the dealers need to spend the money to develop themselves like I did. Believe me if they did that like I did then you would have more dealers up and down the country that offered a good service but they will not spend the money to set up the right network. I independently dedicated time and money to Benelli and its worked, admittedly we get things wrong from time to time but as a rule its not bad. (still room for improvement). If other dealers did this you would soon have a better all round service. WHY!

Moto GB have invested thousands in trying to build the brand e.g bike show, MCN, bike mags, etc but the dealers won't buy it and as I have proven the systems are there but they (dealers) need to invest. Yes its a niche market and small volume and occasionally things might take time but if the customer is kept up to speed on developments then its not too bad.

As for Bennetts Motorcycles, it has traded as a family business for 60 years and this year I have joined up with Moto GB as a technical department as they wanted my services in house rather that just a outside dealer.

Regarding your orders, they should all be done though a dealer, so make them work and see that things can work if done correctly part of Moto GB problems is that they are trying to look after trade and retail which does not work all the time so it becomes difficult to control the situation.
