I am trying to do a valve adjustment on my TRK. Five of the valves have too little clearance. The problem that I am encountering is that the shims are built into the lifter buckets. I know what sizes that I need but out of the two places that I have ordered them from, both are on perpetual back order. I have been waiting for almost two months now.
Are there valve buckets without shims available that will work so that I can just go to a local shop and purchase the shims that I need?
